
Trumpet of Faith Church, located in Rhode Island, USA, recently hosted an Africa Day event on Sunday at its church premises.
According to church leaders, the program aimed to showcase the diverse cultures and traditions of Africa, with attendees hailing from various African countries.
Twelve African countries will be represented by church members and officials, each showcasing their country's cuisine and traditional attire.
Pastor Alexander O. Gaye, the head pastor, represented Liberia, while Pastor Tonie Peter, the female pastor, represented South Africa.
Other pastors, officials, and members represented their respective countries during the ceremony.
The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 6, at 12 noon at the church premises, located at 296 Chad Brown Street, Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
The organizers invite the Christian community to join them on Sunday to celebrate the Almighty God through the church's African Day program.
