We are a dedicated team committed to crafting exceptional experiences. Our focus lies in providing reliable and innovative solutions, driven by a deep respect for quality and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.

To operate a commercial radio station whose management and programming is based on community access and participation which reflects the special interests and needs of the listenership of the Zubah Town, Du-Port Road, Paynesville, Montserrado County, Liberia West Africa and the communities that the station serves.  

To focus on our community through radio excellence. We provide an important community resource  that promotes connections and fosters a sense of belonging. We maintain a local and international focus for sharing ideas, music, arts, culture, news and opinions. We  serve the people of our community by providing outlets for their creative skills and energies

To value and respect everyone. Debate is a necessary and healthy part of the discourse in broadcasting and station management, bigotry and personal attacks will not be tolerated. To  develop  personal skills of volunteers  and broadcasters, to support and empower all volunteers and staff with Global Dream TV/FM Radio 92.3MHz,  to broaden their experiences, learn and increase their self-confidence and skills. To be inclusive, empower minority groups and marginalized members of the community through access and participation in programming making and the running of the station, promoting social inclusion.

To provide experience  in media and communications to individuals from all backgrounds and community groups to involve people in their community radio services, to inspire creativity and expression. To develop personal skills   for community activists and volunteer broadcasters. To be an active participant in the broader community radio community and follow the PUL and Global Dream TV/FM Radio 92.3MHz  guidelines and learn about and support other community radio stations.
