Development Update! Redemption Hospital Upgrades Its Pediatric Department
(Monrovia, Liberia, July 1, 2025) — The Redemption Hospital in New Kru Town, has completed an upgrade of its Pediatric department, offering improved medical services to children in Montserrado County.
The upgrade includes renovating existing pediatric wards and the General PEDS ward, expanding Neonatal Intensive Care Units ( NICU), and providing modern medical equipment to improve service delivery.
The renovation was supported by the government of Liberia, a national strategy aimed at reinforcing primary healthcare systems and increasing access to essential health services, particularly for vulnerable populations such as children.
